You can be confident that your aluminum finishes will match across our entire product portfolio, and can depend on the same, consistent, high performance and warranties for all our finishes. EFCO brand products are factory-finished in our Missouri facility. Linetec, part of Apogee Architectural Metals, provides finishing and value-added services for Tubelite and Wausau Window, and Alumicor brand products at its facility in Wisconsin. Linetec is the nation’s largest independent architectural metals finishing company. It offers the highest quality and reliability in high-performance architectural coatings, including fluoropolymer PVDF (Kynar®) paint, powder coating, plus durable anodize finishes.

In addition to the standard paint and anodize selections, we offer custom and specialty options. Linetec’s library of paint colors exceeds 60,000 hues. Our specialty finishes include Copper and Bordeaux Anodize, textured Terra Cotta coatings and Wood Grain finishes. Far more than a palette of pretty colors, our finishes provide exceptional quality and are backed by some of the best warranties in the industry.

Paint Finishes

EFCO, Tubelite and Wausau Window brand products share a fully aligned, standard color palette with 19 hues of painted coatings. In addition, you still can select from an entire spectrum of paint colors and additional specialty finishes.

With our in-house computerized blending capabilities, we can offer an unlimited choice of colors in all architectural finishes. This also includes specialty type paints such as metallics, micas and Terra Cotta specialty coatings.

We provides custom color matching services and reliable lead times for your custom color orders. Our color consistency is exceptional from batch to batch and project to project.

Our EFCO, Tubelite and Wausau Window brand products utilize the science of anodizing to achieve beautiful, consistent and reliable results delivering the hard, durable finishes you expect.

Anodizing successfully combines science with nature to create one of the world’s best metal finishes – providing excellent wear and abrasion resistance with minimal maintenance in most environments.

Our Apogee Architectural Metals products are offered in six standard tones of anodize finishes.

With our fenestration and framing systems’ quality aluminum extrusions, and Linetec’s fully-automated anodizing line, we ensure your anodized aluminum has the tightest color range in the industry.

*Specialty anodize colors of Copper and Bordeaux require an additional process tank contacting actual copper, which is only available at our finishing facility in Wausau, WI (Linetec)

Supporting your biophilic designs, our Wood Grain finishes for aluminum framing products combine the beauty of natural wood with the aesthetic flexibility and high-performance durability of metal. Extend the longevity and minimize your projects’ care and maintenance by eliminating refinishing. These finishes withstand challenging environments and clean easily with mild soap and water.

Wood Grain finishes for aluminum can be applied to the interior and exterior of Tubelite’s storefront, curtain wall, entrances and sun shades, as well as interior aluminum framing systems.

Choose from our 16 standard, textured options or more than 50 other wood grain species and colors. The 16 standard wood types in our Gold Series palette are:
