Designed for high-performance, energy-efficient, mid-rise and low-rise commercial buildings, Tubelite 400SS Series Curtain Wall screw-spline systems feature:

• Thermally broken aluminum framing with optional polyamide pressure plates
• 2-1/2″ by 7 1/2″ framing profiles
• Allowance for 1″ standard glazing or infill panels
• Outside-glazed pressure plate system, available in captured and structural silicone-glazed (SSG) configurations
• Polyamide pressure plates available for enhanced thermal performance
• Screw-Spline construction
• Optional steel reinforcing and heavy-duty, deep vertical mullions
• Optional silicone-glazed intermediate verticals and horizontals

Providing high thermal performance and condensation resistance, Tubelite 400SS Series Curtain Wall framing can be stick-fabricated for field glazing, or pre-assembled, pre-sealed and pre-glazed in the shop to save time and labor in the field. The glass is positioned to the system’s exterior for optimal resistance to rainwater. This system also engineered for compatibility with Tubelite operable vents, Therml=Block® entrance and sun shade systems.

Concealed screw-spline fastener joinery creates a smooth, monolithic appearance. Durable anodized and painted finishes provide long-lasting protection and color options.
