ForceFront® Blast 400T Curtain Wall

Designed for blast-mitigating, energy-efficient buildings’ single- and twin-span applications, Tubelite ForceFront® Blast (FFB) 400 Series Curtain Wall systems:

• Meet high levels of hazard mitigation requirements of ASTM, Department of Defense (DoD), General Service Administration (GSA) Interagency Security Committee (ISC) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
• Are tested to withstand blast loads in accordance with UFC 4-010-01 (80’ standoff charge weight I and 30’ standoff charge weight II)

These high-performance curtain wall systems feature:

• Thermally broken aluminum framing
• 2-1/2″ by 7-3/4″ framing profiles
• Allowance for 5/16″ to 1-1/2″ laminated glazing or IGUs
• Outside-glazed system, available in captured and structural silicone-glazed (SSG) configurations
• Shear-block construction

Tubelite offers in-house technical assistance to support each project, which must be analyzed separately for compliance with its unique factors.

For a complete blast hazard mitigating system that is easy to fabricate and install, our curtain wall framing also is compatible with Tubelite ForceFront Blast storefront, Monumental Wide Stile Entrance systems. Durable anodized and painted finishes provide long-lasting protection and color options.
