Phantom 4000CW Vent

Let fresh air into the building using natural ventilation with Tubelite’s Phantom® 4000CW Series Windows. Designed for mid- to high-rise commercial buildings, these operable vents integrate seamlessly within storefront, curtain wall, and window wall systems to deliver architectural-grade performance, modern aesthetics, and long-term reliability.

The Phantom 4000CW Series includes project-out awning and casement vent options, engineered to complement a wide range of Tubelite framing systems including 400T, 400SS, 400TU curtain wall, as well as 900T/TU window wall and E14000 I/O, T14000 I/O, and E/T24650 systems (outboard plane only).

Each vent features:

• Interior/Exterior EPDM gasket/seals/thermal separation
• 3-1/2″ (88.9mm) aluminum frame depth for dual-glazed IGUs
• Mitered and sealed corners, crimped to “L”-shaped clips for structural integrity
• Two-color finish capability for interior and exterior surfaces
• Maximum vent size up to 36-1/4″ x 60-1/4″ (921mm x 1530mm) with Euro multi-point lock (MPL)

Hardware Options:

• Linear handles with Roto operator or Euro-Groove multi-point locking
• Adjustable hardware available in gray (silver) or black
• White painted hardware available by special order (extended lead time)

Additional Performance Features:

• Multi-chambered rain screen with pressure-equalized design
• EPDM setting blocks for long-lasting sealing
• Optional screens in fiberglass or aluminum (wicket screens available)
• Factory-fabricated only, with a standard 2-year warranty (extendable to 5 years)
• Phantom 4000CW Series vents are tested to meet CW Architectural Performance Class per NAFS-21 and AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440-19 standards. This includes rigorous testing for air, water, and structural performance, as well as lifecycle durability to 4,000 operating cycles, ensuring long-term occupant comfort, safety, and energy efficiency.
