Thermal Wide Stile Entrance

Designed for energy-efficient retail, office, healthcare, education and other commercial buildings with heavy traffic, Tubelite Therml=Block® Wide Stile Entrance systems feature:

• Thermally broken framing with an insulating polyamide barrier that improves thermal performance and helps prevent condensation
• 4′ by 8′ single doors with tie-rod construction
• 1-3/4″ by 5″ vertical stiles and top rail
• 10″ bottom rail for ADA compliance, other options available (see perimeter sheet)
• Optional intermediate horizontal or vertical mid-rails and double doors up to 9′ high with engineering approval
• Allowance for 3/16″ to 1″ glazing or infill panels

Snap-in, thermally broken vertical frame closures easily integrate with sidelites and Tubelite Therml=Block storefront and curtain wall framing.

Tubelite architectural aluminum entrances use a steel tie rod construction that is both strong and flexible, and backed with a lifetime warranty. This tie rod assembly is as durable as welded corner construction, but also lets you modify, disassemble or resize the doors on site. Our “blade” style glass stops and built in glass jacks make it easier to align the door with the frame during installation.

Durable anodized and painted finishes provide long-lasting protection and a wide range of color choices for all Tubelite Entrance systems.
