SX45 slider windows feature:

• 4-1/2″ aluminum frame depth with 3-1/16″ face width
• Allowance for 1-1/2″ dual- and triple-glazed IGUs
• Pre-glazed and available in numerous configurations
• U-Factor w/EFCO stock glass:  0.34
• HD (Heavy Duty) meeting rail detail for increased AW rated window

Our SX45 sliding window products are rated up to AAMA AW80-HS Performance Grade, aligned with the highest Performance Class in NAFS – “North American Fenestration Standard / Specification for windows, doors, and skylights.” NAFS is referenced in national building codes.

Supporting code-compliant, energy-efficient, sustainable projects, an environmental product declaration (EPD per ISO 14025 and 21930) is available for this system.

Along with stringent testing for air, water, structural and thermal performance, these sliding windows deliver condensation resistance, forced entry resistance and sound attenuation, supporting occupant comfort, safety and well-being.

EFCO SX45 sliding windows are engineered to pair with our FX45 Series fixed windows.
